Ondokuz Mayıs University Vocational School of Health Services contributes to updating academic knowledge and shaping the theory in the international arena. Thanks to its academics, physical infrastructure, managerial-cultural climate that supports innovation, and conscious students, it is an educational institution that has achieved considerable success since 1988, when it was founded.

What About Our Qualifications and Academic Vision?
Our school started to train students in three programs in 1988, namely Medical Laboratory, Nursing, and Radiology. Today, it provides effective services to close the qualified human resources gap in the field of health with its four departments, namely the Department of Medical Services and Techniques, the Department of Dental Services, the Department of Health Care Services and the Department of Pharmacy Services, and 22 programs affiliated to these departments. Each program has faculty members who are experts in their fields.
What Are Our Facilities and Opportunities?
Our school has a First and Emergency Aid Laboratory, Audiology Laboratory, Opticianry Laboratory, Medical Laboratory, Pathology Laboratory, Computer Laboratory, and Dental Prosthesis Laboratory serving our students.

Our graduates are employed in public and private institutions and organizations related to the health field.
Which Exchange Programs Do We Offer Our Students?
Our school supports Erasmus+, Farabi and Mevlana student exchange programs, and learning opportunities are provided in the countries and schools with which our University has bilateral agreements. Opportunities to improve language skills are provided with student exchange programs.

In What Ways Do We Support the Professional, Cultural and Social Atmosphere?
There are two types of association structures classified into professional and social categories within the body of our University. Professional associations are specific to faculties, while social associations are of a general nature. In this context, our faculty supports the development and experience of our students in the professional field with the Yaşatan Eller (Lifegiving Hands) Paramedic Student Association. Our students have carried out many activities and organizations with the associations so far. In addition, our University provides the institutional ground necessary to create the atmosphere that will allow the cultural development of our students through social associations operating in 93 fields, from cycling to chess.
